TERMS OF CLEARANCE:
Approved for use through 7/2006 with the understanding that the new questions
regarding specimen validity testing will be voluntary, pending public comment
and consideration during the guideline revisions. Any amendments to this
package resulting from revisions to the drug testing guidelines will be
resubmitted for OMB review pursuant to the PRA.
